Emma had another soccer game today. She is on the Argentina team, and coach Jen is a really great coach for this age group. She really knows how to teach the girls to play, but have fun at the same time. She has been great for Emma.

Last year she was always one of the last ones to the ball. Most of the season you could find her in the back field trying to get one of her team mates to hold hands and look for flowers. This year she has gotten a lot better.

She is still nowhere near the star of the team, but I think she “gets it” a little more. She runs faster and tries to kick the ball. She is getting better at knowing which way to kick it. But, she still isn’t right in on the action very often. Usually only when the action comes to her

But, she definitely has fun out there, and that is all I really care about right now.
