Ian continues to be a little dare devil. I don’t think he is a typical 2 1/2 year old boy–he is much more verbal, and WAY more active than most. Everybody who sees him either comments on how well he talks, or how I have my hands full with him

This week we had a painter at our house to stain our front door. He is a guy that Scott plays hockey with. I told Ian that Dad plays hockey with Joe, and you should have heard Ian talking to him! He went on and on about hockey and how the players “whack the puck”. Joe was amazed that he knew so much about hockey and how well he talked!

But, for all his energy, he also has such a sweet soft heart! He loves to come over and give hugs and he has such sensitive feelings. Lately he has been so cute, he will come over to me and hug me and say “You are the bestest Mommy I know!”. It is so adorable. I don’t know where he learned it, but it sure melts my heart.
