The day you deliver outside will be foggy. Your baby will arrive in the morning

After a labor lasting approximately 15 hours, your child, a boy, will be born. He will weigh approximately 7 pounds 12 ounces and be 19 1/2 inches long. This child will have hazel eyes and be completely bald.

But there is more. Although you may feel tired, your pregnancy will be over before you are truly ready to let go of having this precious baby you have all to yourself. I sense that you will look back and long for these days. I suggest doing something now to preserve some memories of this time.

The first part of this is just funny. I sure hope I am not in labor for 15 hours! But the last part really struck a nerve with me. Before I got pregnant this time, I did look back and think about how wonderful it had been to be pregnant. I missed the kicks and feeling the baby move around. I missed the bond that only the two of us shared. Lately I have been feeling tired, and hot and feeling like I wanted this pregnancy to be over. But, this was a good wake up call to step back and enjoy this time. This is the last time I am going to be feeling this way It also reminded me that I need to call Peek-a-boo Photos to schedule my appointment for pregnancy photos.
