Today is my special day I spent the morning at the Pinehurst Spa with my mom and it was heavenly. We got there about an hour before our appointments, and just lounged in the lounge chairs and relaxed in the hot tub. I just sat there sipping lemon water, and reading magazines. Then I went for a fantastic massage. When I was done we spent some more time by the hot tub. It was one of the best birthday presents ever! It was just what I needed–a little pampering and time by myself. Scott stayed at home and watched all the kids. Nora has been doing great with the bottle. I am really happy about that, since Ian was terrible with the bottle. It takes a lot of stress off of me when I leave for a little while.

Tonight we are going out to dinner to Elliot’s on Linden. We are going with the Brown’s and we are taking the kids. I wish we still had a good babysitter here for the older kids–too bad Lindsey moved away But, it should be a nice dinner. I am crossing my fingers that the kids behave!
