This month’s theme for the Friday Photo Challenge has been humanity. I entered a photo one week, but I have really had trouble coming up with something that would fit with the theme. This week I decided to post another photo from my New York City trip last September. Here is a photo of a Manhattan skyline at night.
This month’s photo challenge theme is humanity. This was a tough one for me. I tend to take photos mostly of kids. I had to really search through my photos to find something that would qualify as “humanity”.
This photo was taken last year on a trip I took to San Francisco. This is a street musician playing near Fisherman’s Wharf. I love how it captured his love for the music. I can almost see him swaying and hear the music in my head.
A few weeks ago I found a new blog that I love, Dr. Cason. She is an American doctor practicing pediatrics in Guam. She is also a mom to 3 kids and an amazing photographer. I love reading her blog. I find that I really connect and relate to her. Maybe it is my way of living vicariously through her life as a physician.
She hosts a Friday photo challenge. This month’s theme was “New Beginnings”. I entered a few photos in the contest. I checked her site today and my photo, New Parents, is in the top ten:

I just finished editing the photos from the photo shoot I did on Wednesday. It was a tough one, but I still got a few keepers. Here are a few for you to look at Christine and Chris. Hope you like them!
