I am so tired today! I couldn’t fall asleep last night–I think I drank too much Coke before bed I finally fell asleep about midnight and then Emma woke up crying at about 3:00am. Ugh. I brought her into our bed, but she didn’t sleep for a bit. Then I couldn’t sleep. I was having cramps in my right leg, and heartburn. I couldn’t get comfortable. I finally fell asleep around 5:30 again, and Emma woke up at 7:00am. Scott took her into the bathroom while he got ready for work, and then he made her breakfast while I slept a bit longer. HE IS SO NICE TO ME!!!!

I don’t have anything big planned for today. I started clearing more stuff out of the office to make it the baby’s room. Friends of MS called and they are picking up in our neighborhood tomorrow! How convenient for me. So I went through the books, and the closet, and gave away a bunch of clothes and hats and stuff we don’t need. I need to go to the liquor store to get boxes–they are the perfect size to pack books in. I will pack away the books and put them in the attic. I need to figure out what to do about the desks in there. I am going to send an email to Scott’s family to see if anyone wants them. I have been doing it a little bit at a time, and I am making progress. It just seems like in the beginning it is easy–just purge everything we don’t need/want, but as you get down to the end it is harder to figure out what to do with the stuff we do want!

But, I want to get it done, because I can’t wait to decorate!! Dava did something so sweet this week. She had us over for dinner on Sunday, and was asking me about the nursery and what I needed. I told her I had picked out the bedding, but that I hadn’t bought any of it yet due to $$$. Well, on Tuesday I got the mail and there was a check for $200 and a note from her saying that she had extra money this month and wanted me to buy the bedding. It was so sweet, I cried. So, I can’t wait to get the room cleared out so I can buy the bedding and start figuring out what color I want to paint!
