The sun is finally shining! It is nice for a change. This morning it looked so pretty outside. It must have been really cold–I really need to get a thermometer!–because all of the trees had a layer of really thick frost on them. The sun was shining on them, and it looked so pretty. It made me think of Christmas.

I can’t believe it is Friday, and I haven’t written since Monday! I need to try to be more consistent.

This was new tire week at the Sundahl household. UGH. I hate spending money on tires! I got Scott’s tires done on Tuesday. I used the cash my dad gave me, so those are all paid for Then I got mine done on Wednesday. I had to put them on our account at Discount tires, so we will have to pay them off. Oh well. At least we are all safe now, and won’t be sliding all over the roads with bald tires.

Well, I found something new that I want to buy. I really want a Hoover Floormate floor cleaner! I have been trying and trying to find something to clean my kitchen floor without streaking, and to leave it shiny. Well, I think that the Floormate will do it! I REALLY want one. They are about $180 though. I am going to go look at them at Wal-mart today. I do have money from cleaning mom and dad’s house….. And it would be an investment! Ha Ha. I can use it when I clean their house too Am I pathetic or what? I obsess over floor cleaning products!

Yesterday, I had kind of a bad day. I just felt bored and lonely. I miss my mom when she is gone! I was going to go to playgroup, but Emma is still not feeling well, and she wanted to go to sleep right when it was time to get ready to leave. I figured she needed sleep more. So, we stayed home. The day seemed to last forever! I wasted time on the computer,and watched TV, and played with Emma–who by the way has been so cute lately! I have been trying to be more interactive with her. She has been so much more cuddly and cute with me. But, when Scott came home, I told him that I didn’t have a good day and that I was bored. He said he didn’t feel sorry for me, that he wished he could be bored. Ugh! I know that he is busy, but some days I would give anything to be busy like him! I just wanted him to understand that sometimes it is hard being a mom and staying home with small kids. I felt so badly that he wasn’t more understanding!

Yesterday I did order some adorable leather soft shoes for the baby and for Emma. I spent forever looking for co-ops and good deals. I got the cutest Bobux for Emma that are pink with white kitties. For the baby I got some navy shoo shoos with tan giraffes on them. They are sooo cute! Now I also want to get some light blue ones–those 2 pair should match all his outfits.

When Emma wakes up we are going to go to Wal-mart and buy some finger paint. I’m going to let her finger paint and then we will send it to Grandma Jean, along with the chocolates and some pictures of Emma. I want to send her a little thank you gift for everything she does for us!!!

I am glad the weekend is just about here. Tonight, and tomorrow there are Grizzlies games. I am looking forward to going!
